Every PCA Products aluminum screen door is individually powder-coated by hand after assembly. This method ensures a beautiful, long lasting, and durable finish.

All screen doors and components are powder coated to provide a truly maintenance-free and rust-free finish even in the harsh salt air environments such as coastal areas.

The finish has been tested to exceed 2500 hours of salt spray, which is up to 4 times the protection of baked on enamel paint. Powder coating is available in five different finishes to compliment the accents of any home or business: white, ivory, sandstone, clay, bronze.
