Return policy PCA Aluminum Screen Doors:

• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving delivery to obtain an RGA number

2. Call (607) 353-8088 for an RGA#

• All freight on returns must be prepaid by customer

• 30% restocking fee on all returnable products

• Aluminum screen doors are 100% custom made and cannot be returned, with the exception of damage due to shipping or manufacturer/supplier inaccuracy
