Custom Aluminum Screen Doors

US Building Products will provide quotes for PCA Screen Doors that are not listed as part of the Standard, In-Stock Sizing. Custom sizes are available in Single Doors and French Door Systems.

Single Doors are limited to 48" wide and all doors are limited to 96" high. All custom PCA Screen Doors are ordered according to the opening size needed for complete installation of the door.

Installation Kit Includes:

Z-bar with wool pile

• Acts as a "slam" strip
• 1" depth, designed to work with a 1" brick molding
• Embedded wool pile for tight seal and quiet close

Adjustable side expander with piano hinge

• Full adjustability in width, giving flexibility to accommodate a variety of openings
• Piano hinge provides solid support from top to bottom, elminating door sag

Adjustable bug sweep

• Commercial grade wool pile material is superior to a rubber sweep as it will not tear or crack and it seals better
• Easier to open - minimal drag factor

Installation fasteners

• #8 square drive pan head tek
• Painted to match door finish
